Scope of work
|
The scope of work includes completing the suite inclusive of two Project Site Zones ("A" and "B")
with modifications to the floor plans, adding ceilings, and new finishes. All existing walls within
the Project Site Zones will be removed. A new layout will be constructed consisting of faculty
offices, a Conference Room, and an administrative area. Minor alterations to the perimeter walls
of both Project Site Zones will be required to seal up the existing door openings and create
new ones. Both spaces will have modified mechanical layouts and new lighting, power, and signal.
The Owner holds a certificate of exemption from sales taxes.
