Scope of work
|
Patner Construction is seeking highly specialized technical team members for teaming
agreement IDIQ package to be presented to National Institute of Standards and Technology
in Gaithersburg, MD. This proposal is for highly technical, highly skilled trades
specializing in biomedical, clean room, and research laboratory technologies. If awarded,
this contract will be scheduled for one base year and four option years specifically for
the team members accepting this teaming agreement.
The requirement for this contract may include but is not limited to the following associated
work with the installation of laboratory equipment: sitework, abatement, concrete, masonry,
carpentry, moisture protection, door, window and glass work, finishes, specialty work, equipment,
equipment specialties, special construction, mechanical work, electrical, rigging of laboratory
equipment and tools, and laboratory reconstruction and renovation.
